We have confirmed on numerous occassions doors are unlocked and there are no child safety locks on .  This is becoming a very dangerous situation.  We took it to a local car repair service they said that it would be under NHTSA recall bulletin 19V077000 - however when we call the Continental  dealership where we purchased it that our Vin # is not included in the recall despite that being the exact problem we are having.  We called Ford Manufacturer who Sent us to Continental and they too say that our VIN is not included in the recall despite the exact problem happening to us.  Seems like everyone want to wait until someone dies because they can't get access to the back seat.  This car only has 55000 miles on it and has not been in any accidents.
