We are told they have no available seat belts to make the repairs. We have asked multiple times for a loaner or rental vehicle but we are told there is nothing available for us. I was told today we can rent our own vehicle and they will reimburse us $60 per day. A comparable vehicle is $157.50 per day to rent.
