Mine was deemed unaffected and given the oil change they were doing as part of that. Today it died while I was pulling a trailer with a RZR on it. I had drove about 90 miles with a stop midway when I did have the engine turned off. Then it just quit. My vehicle only has 13k miles on it. Not sure if police report was filed but they were called and there directing traffic because it stopped in a busy intersection.  I had to be towed, and pay a separate fee to have the trailer towed.
