Ford Motor Company had previously sent me two written notices (September 2022 and June 2023) identifying a known cracked flexplate defect on my vehicle under Customer Satisfaction Program 22N12, describing these exact symptoms. The defect was never repaired at any of my 16 service visits. Additionally, on September 2, 2025 \u2014 just 8 days after Safety Recall 25S87 for the rear brake flexible hose was issued \u2014 the dealership presented that recall repair to me as a $532 optional paid service without disclosing it was a free safety recall I was entitled to by federal law. Safety Recall 25S89 for the rear-view camera also remains unperformed. The vehicle is currently undriveable.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EDGE","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
