Details: My vehicle was subject to a recall involving [rear spoiler detachment risk]. The recall repair was \u201cperformed \u201c without proof by Land Rover of Cincinnati in Aug 2023.  As of April 2025, the same issue has reoccurred. Specifically: The spoiler detached while driving on interstate 75. (This spoiler never detached before they \u201cfixed\u201d it.  - This created a serious safety hazard coming undone in the highway. It actually got a semi trucks front number as he crushed over it..,the semi driver did not stop to report it though.   Concern: This indicates the recall remedy may have been improperly performed or is ineffective. I am being told I must pay out of pocket $6500 to fix an issue that should have been resolved under a federally mandated safety recall.
