Once this alert appeared on the dash, we had approximately 30 seconds to find a safe spot to pull over. The road that this happened on is a one lane road in each direction in a rural zone that is highly traveled by Semi Trucks.  Luckily, there was a gravel spot on the road where we were able to stop the vehicle, just in time to avoid a catastrophe.    On 12/22 we took vehicle to Lexus of Wesley Chapel where it currently is today. The Service Advisor (Sierra) confirmed this is part of the recall #25V767. Sierra stated she would contact us in 2-3 weeks for the next steps. Once this time passed, no update was provided and we reached out to the dealer again to be told they are still waiting on \"corporate\" for a response. We were able to get in contact with Israel - who was designated as our case manager from the Lexus Corporate Office on February 6th. He told us the only option we had was to wait an indefinite amount of time - it could be 6 months, a year or more. After this interaction we spoke to various people at the dealer and same answer was given. While everyone we speak to agrees a new engine is needed - no process has begun to fix the car. We are now in May and still not a step closer than I was on that night where I was stranded on the road.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"LEXUS","productModel":"LX","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
