My vehicle is associated with recall-related safety concerns. I have been informed that there is currently no available remedy or timeline to address the issue.  This places me in a position where I am expected to continue driving a vehicle that may have a known safety risk, without any resolution available.  I do not feel safe transporting my family in this vehicle, and I am concerned about the risk of injury if the issue were to result in a failure while driving.  I have attempted to work directly with Hyundai Motor America; however, I have not been provided with a meaningful resolution or alternative option. I was also informed that there is no current fix available.  This is not simply an inconvenience\u2014it is a safety concern involving a vehicle that I rely on daily.  I am requesting that this complaint be documented and reviewed as part of any ongoing investigation into this issue.
