Which is less than 10,000 miles a year.  The steering wheel consistently sticks, gets jammed, or even locks while driving. The experience is mostly felt while making turns while driving. After taking into Honda of Kirkland in Kirkland, WA the service team confirmed that the rack and pinion need to be replaced.  My safety, my family, and any other individual who is in the car while driving are and have been at risk since the steering wheel sticks and locks and is not operating correctly.  Confirmed, the problem has been reproduced and confirmed by the Honda of Kirkland service team.  The vehicle has been inspected by the service team at Honda of Kirkland.  There were no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the issue occurring. The problem started about a year or so ago and has progressively gotten worse over time.  The vehicle has maintenance done on a regular basis and has never been in an accident.  Honda of Kirkland and American Honda Motor Co., Inc. have denied a goodwill repair for this issue.
