We were traveling home and could have been in an accident when it occurred because it sounded like a gunshot hit the car. If we had not been calm during the incident, not only our lives but the lives of everyone around us could have been affected.   There were no warnings about this and when we purchased the vehicle in 2023 the dealership didn\u2019t even say anything about a possiblity of this happening.
