I was initially unable to deactivate this steering-wheel based feature, as: (1) I did not intentionally press any buttons to activate it, and: (2) I had to balance the need to visually monitor other vehicles on the highway to avoid a collision and simultaneously figure out how to cancel this feature, which places a limit on the speed that the vehicle can travel.  Instead of claiming that this feature malfunctioned, I am claiming that it is an egregiously, poorly designed and dangerous feature. The button to activate it is located on the steering wheel; consequently,  a driver can easily activate it without meaning to do so. This inadvertent activation happened to me twice, each time impeding, however briefly, my ability to safely navigate a busy road.  This feature was not identified when I purchased the vehicle; however, earlier this year Hyundai belatedly sent a letter to its customers titled \"Understanding Manual Speed Limit Assist (MSLA) Feature,\" pointing out how to activate and disengage the feature (and providing a link to a website for a tutorial with more information: [XXX]  .
