The service campaign was 9C2 and the TSB was 25-01-087H.  After this software update was applied to my vehicle the engine is now sluggish on a cold start and the transmission is shifting differently at low speeds and low gears.  It appears that the performance of my vehicle has been compromised.  There is a Hyundai forum where many Santa Fe owners are experiencing the same issues after the software update.
