During a recent long trip multiple times the Super Cruise signaled for lane change and tried to move into the passing lane with a car directly beside me. I have 8,500 miles on this car and have used Super Cruise extensively on highway driving only and until this last trip never had any issue with the system seeing cars in lanes beside me before. I only avoided a collision because I prevented the lane change  by grabbing the steering wheel.  This software bug will end up with injury or death of individuals unless Chevy fixes this immediately. Your help in investigating this is appreciated.
