No immediate medical attention was sought; however, the contact later experienced abdominal pain, chest pain, and extensive bruising. Additionally, the contact\u2019s spouse suffered back, shoulder, and knee pain following the crash. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed from the scene and subsequently towed to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer informed the contact that the air bags were not designed to deploy because the crash occurred at a low speed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
