Since January 2026, my vehicle has been in a repair for a part that is backorder. The part is Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM). The part number is 68540646AA for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude V6 3.2 4x4. I feel that this is unfair and it has caused me and my family undue hardship. After I obtain this part, then other parts such as O2 sensor and the thermostat has to be replaced as well.
