The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 MPH the rear wheels suddenly seized causing the vehicle to abruptly stop in the middle of the road. The vehicle was restarted and  slowly driven home. The contact indicated that later after restarting the vehicle it was discovered that the vehicle would not drive forward or in reverse. The vehicle was later towed to the local dealer who diagnosed that  the transmission had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the VIN was not included in the NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V083000(POWER TRAIN ). The contact indicated that the vehicle had experienced that same failure listed in the recall.
