This vehicle recall still shows as active and the car remains in an \"unsold\" status within the Ford system, since they legally were not permitted to sell me the vehicle.  I only discovered this after the car's engine light went off in September 2025, and a dealership in Indiana refused to initially do any work on it, stating it wasn't under warranty.  The first repair was on September 25, 2025 and the repair was stated as a loose wire, the second repair to replace an actuator was on December 16, 2025, and it's presently undergoing a third repair for an engine misfire that occured on May 17, 2026.
