It also makes calls drop while using handsfree.  This problem has been taken to the dealer and they replaced the whole screen/system in 2021 for $805 but it is happening again. There is a lot of comments on the web and I have tried everything I could find online to reset, but nothing works. This is a common problem with chevy infotainment systems that could cause accident by distracting drivers. Chevy has to know how to fix this without having to replace every time.
