In our estimation, this far exceeds the reasonable amount of time that should be allotted to a company before a fix needs to be available and completed.   This is a serious safety issue, and we have almost been in accidents because of the lack of camera.   Dealerships have brushed us off when we asked about the status of the recall, as though it was unimportant. Is there anything we can do light a fire under Ford, or to force them to provide a replacement vehicle for us?
