I was able to get to the edge of the highway and make it to the next exit to slowly make my way back to my office to have my vehicle towed to a garage.  Luckily I had not fully merged into traffic when my vehicle suddenly slowed.  There was heavy semi-truck traffic which they would not have been able to avoid rear ending me.  The garage confirmed that a cylinder blew causing the drastic drop in power and speed.
