The contact stated the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the remedy to be available. The contact stated that while coming down a parking lot ramp at approximately 5 MPH and applying the brake pedal, the brake pedal failed to immediately decelerate and stop the vehicle. The brake had floored in order for the vehicle to eventually come to a stop. The contact inspected the vehicle and replaced the brake line for the rear driver's side of the vehicle themselves. The dealer was contacted and it confirmed that the remedy was not available. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and it was confirmed that that parts may not be available till September of 2026..
