Approximately 20 minutes later, the instrument panel returned. Recently, the contact stated that the instrument cluster went blank and had never returned. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where they acknowledged the failure and informed the contact that the instrument panel had failed; the contact was given an estimate for the repair. Upon investigation, the contact was informed that a battery replacement may correct the failure; despite the battery replacement, the failure returned. The manufacturer had yet to be notified of the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired.
