The aim is to inform NHTSA and Ford that this issue at hand is already a recall from other years on the same car model, materialized by NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V192 and Ford Recall Number: 22S20.  There is no need to identify if this issue can be recalled, it was already identified as necessary in the past. Yet, this one VIN here was left out from the list. The images attached here will show: water dripping from center mirror on dashboard, windshield fog on just about every morning and drive without AC and a video (available) showing windshield glass completely off from its adhesive.
