This causes the navigation to be rerouted or cancelled mid-drive, audio to change sources and volume unexpectedly, menus to open randomly, and CarPlay to become completely non-functional. This occurs every time I drive the vehicle and constitutes a significant safety distraction. I rely on GPS navigation for every drive. Honda has acknowledged this is a known issue affecting 2021\u20132022 Accord models but has stated no fix is currently available. The dealer has confirmed the issue and been unable to resolve it. I have opened a case with American Honda Consumer Support (Case #XXX) requesting a loaner vehicle and vehicle exchange. No recall has been issued despite this being a widespread, documented safety defect with multiple NHTSA complaints filed by other owners.
