It was unknown whether a warning light illuminated. The driver pumped the brakes, and the vehicle responded as intended. The vehicle was driven to the residence. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the rear brakes flexible hoses were leaking. The dealer related the failure to the recall, but the parts required to do the recall repair were unavailable. The vehicle was repaired at the owner's expense. The dealer denied reimbursement.
