This problem has now happened for the third time, even after prior repairs by an authorized Nissan dealership.  Water repeatedly enters the interior of the vehicle, soaking the carpets and interior areas. I am very concerned about mold and mildew developing underneath the carpeting and inside the vehicle because of the trapped moisture. This creates potential health concerns for passengers and affects the safety and air quality inside the car.  I am also concerned about possible electrical damage from repeated water intrusion near wiring and electronic components. The ongoing leaks have caused major inconvenience, repair expenses, and concern about the long-term reliability of the vehicle.  The first repair was completed by a Nissan dealership at my own expense, yet the same issue returned multiple times afterward. After researching this problem, I found that many other Nissan Murano owners have reported similar recurring drain clogging and water intrusion issues.  I believe this may indicate a design defect or inadequate drainage system that should be investigated further. I respectfully request that NHTSA review this issue for potential safety risks related to mold exposure, electrical failures, and recurring water intrusion affecting Nissan Murano vehicles.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2018","productMake":"NISSAN","productModel":"MURANO","manufacturer":"Nissan North America, Inc."}]}]}
