Within the first 10 minutes of driving off the lot, I experienced tugging, pulling and a sticking sensation of the steering. It first happened when I turned right and took a good amount of force to unstick it, and then it happened maybe 3 more times when making minor adjustments or making turns going left or right. It felt extremely unsafe to me and could cause serious accident. I called our sales agent immediately to let them know that I would like this looked at and addressed by the service department. The car had just been serviced and inspected the day before, and if I remember correctly from the carfax report, I believe that this issue had been addressed in the past.
