I had my twelve year old daughter in the car and turned a corner and the door opened at 25 miles and hour and she had to hold on.  We have bungy corded the doors shut during the winter.  Ford does not have a safety recall and stated to let the car heat up for 30 mins before use.  From online forums this is a common issue for 2021 F150's.
