This recall was not disclosed to me during the sale process, which was conducted remotely. I discovered the open recall only after taking delivery of the vehicle. Owner notification letters for Recall 88C were mailed beginning February 19, 2026 \u2014 six days after my purchase. ALM CDJR had knowledge of this recall prior to sale and chose not to disclose it or complete the repair before delivery. The recall has since been completed by a different dealer (Farris Motor Company, Jefferson City, TN). However, ALM CDJR's sale of a vehicle with a known open federal safety recall without disclosure is a dealer compliance violation I am formally reporting to NHTSA. I have filed supporting complaints with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and have documentation of this transaction on file.
