Tesla Council Bluffs, IA identified this recall as requiring urgent attention.  Safety risk: Operating a vehicle at highway speed without functional windshield wipers in any precipitation is extremely dangerous. I drove cross-country in this condition.  Manufacturer response: Tesla Pensacola stated the vehicle had \"nothing wrong.\" Tesla Council Bluffs identified the recall.
