My first thought was that we had been shot at. Once I gathered myself I realized the sunnroof glass had exploded. I rarely open the sunroof but do on occasion have the shade open, luckily it wasn\u2019t open or my dog and I would have been sprayed with the glass which could have caused serious eye injury and potentially a crash. I\u2019ve had 2 Chevy dealers tell me that is not a warranty issue that it was likely caused by a rock being thrown up. I do not believe this was the case. The closest vehicle was some 500 feet in front of us. Because it was such a violent explosion I believe it was a pressure explosion. I am also very surprised that the glass is tempered and not laminated. I have insurance so I\u2019m not concerned with getting it repaired. I just want you to know I think it a very serious issue.
