Since owning this car, I have experienced frequent software related problems of which has left me stranded (3) three times with one time requiring a tow to the dealership for service.  As well, my Charger has been in the shop 6 times for both software related and part failure related issues.  The list of parts to date that have required replacement are: 120V battery and amp for factory exhaust system.  Software related problems have included: not starting, not recognizing key fob to enter vehicle, vehicle error and check engine light and other warning lights such as the SOS system being offline.  It has bricked 4 times.  It has also made unexplained noises such as a knocking noise on start up which the manufacture said was normal, but the dealership service department didn\u2019t agree.  The Dick Poe Service Departments communication with Stellantis engineers have fixed each software and part issue only to have the same issues present themselves weeks and months at a time. I am a [XXX]  XXX.  The constant problems with this vehicle have worsened my PTDS symptoms due to the constant issues, problems, and required work.  Vehicle is currently at Dick Poe Dodge Jeep Service this morning (6/1/2026) because the vehicle will not charge as well as not recognizing the key fob for entry/ exit, software updates, and an instrument cluster recall.
