The local dealer was contacted and taken to the dealer and diagnosed with   turbo, catalytic converter failure.  The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact stated that fuel can be smelled while driving, and experienced loss of power, warning lights service engine soon and engine has detected a fault illuminated on the instrument panel.
