The vehicle was unable to move under its own power for approximately one hour. Dealer/manufacturer confirmation: The failure was reported to Deel Volkswagen, Miami, FL. The vehicle was subsequently brought in for service on XXX, currently under active diagnostic evaluation at Deel Volkswagen for this and a third occurrence of the same failure mode.
