There were no signs leading up to it , no lights coming on, nothing. Went from driving around just fine to completely stuck until fixed. Then Ford quoted me to fix it for about $10,000 dollars. It was shocking, disappointing and left me feeling helpless and betrayed due to lack of concern from anyone. Its either pay us to fix, buy a new one or get out of here.
