Loss of this  system created an unsafe situation in which it was extremely difficult to hold the vehicle within the appropriate driving lanes and especially difficult to make any turns at intersections.  The problem occurred on June 2,  2026,  the failure was confirmed by an independent service center and the vehicle is currently at the center awaiting replacement of the entire EPS.
