The vehicle had been setting under a carport all night and my wife got in the car and when she closed the door the hatch window shattered.  She took it to the dealer and was told it was an insurance problem.  She stopped by our agent but they were already closed.  Meanwhile I had been researching this problem and found out this seemed to be a problem with 2021-2025 Nissan Rouges.  My wife took the car back to the dealership and told them it was their problem.
