This was diagnosed after a weeks long troubleshooting by my mechanic trying to find the leak in the rear AC lines causing the vehicle to fail the vacuum test. After he showed me the part and where the cracks were, he suggested I report this as a safety issue since the coolant was leaking inside the car and is highly flammable.
