A \"computer programming recall\" was applied to my VIN however it is the ACTUAL Vacuum pump that is the problem.  This should have been covered in all year, make and models.  BRAKES ARE IMPORTANT! Reprogramming did not solve the vacuum pump issue that is causing the brakes to fail!
