Vehicle will occasionally randomly run rough at stoplights / idle speed.  I have contacted Toyota regarding a buyback and they stated they \"could not offer a buyback because they have not had adequate chances to fix the problem.\" So they have told me they cannot fix the problem, but won't buy back the truck because they have not had a chance to fix the problem (that they cannot fix).
