The dealer refuses to provide HV Battery State of Health percentage. Dealer told me to go to Don Nester Autogroup instead.   Jeep Wave case number 96929145 was opened. The representative refused to escalate the case and was I advised to contact the dealer. Dealer did not cooperate. Jeep Wave was contacted again and  the representative suggested contacting the dealer again and to call back with the case if  unresolved. Representative refused to give CSI survey. The case remained unresolved and Jeep wave was contacted again. Case number 96929145 was prematurely closed. I was not notified about the case closure. There was no resolution. A new case was opened, number 97058705 to hide history. Representative advised to take the car to the dealer and pay for proper diagnosis.   Representative refused to provide the CSI survey. Sale was 26 days ago and no survey was sent. The survey window closes at the 30 day mark. Dealer appears to not have reported the sale to avoid CSI.    This violates NHTSA policy that recall inspections and documentation are free. Stella it\u2019s/Jeep Wave is telling the consumer to pay for recall compliance.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2025","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"WRANGLER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
