The problem has persisted despite normal operation. The vehicle has been diagnosed as requiring transmission repair/rebuild. I am aware of Ford Technical Service Bulletin 21-2389, which describes shuddering, bucking, or jerking in certain 2019 Ford Edge vehicles.
