The steering has a sticking moment when trying to adjust the wheel back to straight alignment. I'm not sure if this is going to continue or can this get more serious.  in my research,  I noticed that there is a recall for this issue on other year models but not 2019.  I find that interesting. Shouldn't Honda be responsible for this safety issue on all CRVs. Are other 2019 CRV owners having this issue.
