Safety risk: The heat issue poses a direct burn hazard to anyone seated in the second row, including a child or pet. The driving vibration affects vehicle stability and confidence at speed. Together they compromise safe operation. Reproduced/confirmed: The vehicle has been brought to two dealers — Genesis of Lake Norman and Genesis of Columbia. Neither has resolved the issues.
