The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V710000 (Electrical System) and 26V363000 (Steering); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the message that the vehicle could not be charged because of a possible fire risk was displayed. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle failed to start and was in Low Power Mode while driving on several occasions. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. During one failure the vehicle entered Low Power Mode and stalled in the middle of the road. Upon shifting into park(P) and shifting back into drive(D), the vehicle failed to respond. The check engine warning light was persistently illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was towed to the dealer on several occasions due to the failures. The dealer determined that the failures were electrical failures. An unknown recall repair was performed, and a battery was replaced; however, the failures persisted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and denied a vehicle buyback.
