There is a lag when you push on the accelerator pedal and it must be pushed about 75% before it begins to accelerate.  When it does accelerate it has much less power than normal.  This fault occurs constantly.  The car can't accelerate normally at any time now. This is definitely a very serious safety hazard.  This behavior has been reproduced by Genesis service personnel.  There are no warning lights associated with the problem and no diagnostic codes are signaled.
