A hard reset does not solve the issue.   The First time this happened l was with my wife and two young children in the mountains around 30miles from cell service.  This is a major safety issue.  The dealership cannot replicate it, and therefore wont replace it even though it is a known issue.   tsb 26-2066  I do have a video of this happening.  Fortunately the second time this happened I was close to home.
