There was no warning light or automated braking executed. I braked hard but not soon enough.There was no malfunction warnings or lights displayed before (or after ) the accident showing it to be inoperative.  It has been in to the dealer 3 times since. Yes it is available for inspection. Was told that it will not work if you have your foot on brake or accelerator by one technician.  This truck use to brake for no reason even going 70 mph on highway.
