Sometimes the camera will not work at all when the transmission is placed in reverse, other times the camera will fail while during the process of backing up.  Problem - does not work at all: When the car is placed in reverse the camera projects a blue screen then states the camera is not available, this happens when it does not work at all.  Problem - shuts down while in use: Turns off while in use, one has the rear camera view when backing up, then the camera does one of two things it flips flops (top to bottom) or flashes a blue screen then states the camera is not available.  And then sometimes the camera will work for one to three times (the camera is working while backing up, turn the vehicle off, exit / re-enter the vehicle and it works for backing up, but the next time the vehicle is entered and placed in reverse the camera is not working at all and the message reads camera is not available.
