The Ford Motor Company should recall & replace the engines of all models affected, mine included. I spent $2200 for a new timing system, tow fees, was broke down on the side of the road when my engine overheated. I bought this car brand new. Financed $27k & owe $3900 right now. Devastated & livid describes how I feel at the present. Coolant intrusion causing hydrolock is a KNOWN issue by Ford, and they should make things right with the owners of the vehicles affected. A new motor will cost $6500.
