I was turning left through an intersection and the vehicle on the opposite side of the road was turning left (we were going opposite directions) When the other vehicle got \"close\" to me (not close enough to crash) my collision assistance/automatic emergency braking stopped my car in the middle of the intersection with other people turning also behind me. I had to put my car in park and then in drive again to get it going. it was very scary and if anyone wasn't paying attention it would've cause a collision in an intersection which the safety feature was trying to avoid.
